Weekly online functional fitness group class to support you through all stages of womanhood.

What to expect:

  • 60’ group fitness class including:
    - warm up with myofascial release (MFR)
    - breath-work
    - functional fitness exercises to improve posture and muscular integration

    nervous system down regulation to finish

  • Short time for questions between the exercises to answer to review proper alignment, sequences, & cues

My 6 years of experience working with all types of bodies as a Yoga teacher, massage therapist and Functional Patterns practitioner have given me the experience and expertise to help my clients solve postural, structural and physical problems they have been dealing with for a long time.
