A 60-minute virtual group class designed exclusively for women who are looking for exercise that empowers them to move better and feel better. The classes are led by Joséphine Cantona, whose expertise in Functional Patterns ensures a highly effective and informed approach. Each session begins with a targeted myofascial release (MFR) warm-up, preparing your body by releasing tension and enhancing mobility. You’ll then progress through functional fitness exercises specifically chosen to improve posture, muscular integration, and overall body awareness—empowering you to move better in daily life. The class concludes with a calming breath-work cool down, designed to down-regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling balanced and restored.
